The first one comes from Kentucky. A witness reported a bright red, ball-shaped object that "seemed to flicker" as it crossed the horizon at 9 p.m. on April 7, according to a report filed with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON www.mufon.com) witness reporting database.
The witness described the object as "...moving at a slow speed from the middle of the sky to the horizon." He added, "I am a smoker, but only smoke on my balcony, never indoors, so I am constantly seeing planes pass over. This was definitely not a plane or helicopter, or anything I have ever seen before. The object seemed to flicker, then vanish as it moved toward the horizon."
The witness posted an 8 second YouTube video that appeared to show some of the UFO's orange light. This is of particular interest to me as this sighting is similar to the one I had in college over Lake Michigan. I saw a reddish-orange ball over lake Michigan that flickered and travelled back and forth in the sky.

The other sighting that I find absolutely fascinating is from Hawaii. In the video below, you will see 5 bright objects that appear over a military installation and circle it for about 7 minutes.
We are all well aware of all the reports of UFO sightings around military bases and such. Most of these could easily be explained away as Top Secret Military craft. But some are not so easily explained.
I will let you be the judge on the Hawaii UFOs:
Looks like the above video could be faked:
Lastly, with UFOs becoming more and more prevalent, a Brooklyn man, Joe Capp, has set up a 24-hour UFO hotline for New Yorkers. Capp, a retired computer consultant in Sheepshead Bay, started the hotline in February, and says he's fielded nearly two dozen calls already. He says the most memorable sighting he's received has been from a woman who spotted three lights moving in unison in the sky over Park Slope. Mr. Capp and the NY UFO Hotline are part of the 'NY UFO Meeting Group'. If you are in the New York area and see something unexplainable in the sky, Give Mr. Capp and his group a call @ (347) 298-9020.
