Back at the camp, they started looking around and found window markings on Gonzalez's truck. It looks as if there is a paw print and partial face print on the windows of the truck. They decided not to disturb the evidence and call in a in forensic/law enforcement photographer Mickey Burrow, who has spent 14 years as a qualified court photographic expert and crime scene processor.

"I immediately started wondering if there could be some DNA left behind, because if this thing put its face on the window, I thought there was probably DNA on there," Burrow said.
"I've got the know-how. I've done it more than 5,000 times on crime scenes. In this case, I treated it like it was a vehicle that got burglarized."
"As I was looking at the windows, I told Jeff (Gonzalez) it looked like something came up to the truck, rubbed up against it, swiped along the side of it, and then just put its face up on the window and looked in -- that's what it looks like."
Burrow photographed the truck and took some DNA swaps of what seemed to be an oily residue left behind. In the photographs it looks like a hand, or paw, print that was left on one of the windows. When Burrows was specifically asked about it, "I'm very iffy on it. To me, it looks like a paw print," he explained. "I don't think it was a primate or a biped, because it looks too much like a paw. But then again, we don't know what Bigfoot is."
"I was just looking at what I could find off the truck. I didn't find any hair or blood or prints, so we really don't know what we have that touched it. We don't know if it's a bear or a Bigfoot or a mountain lion."
Gonzalez continued on with the conference trying to focus on the DNA evidence now. He explained that they are trying to raise funds to have the DNA mapping done of the samples that were collected.
"We need somebody to come forward to take this DNA and get it mapped," Gonzalez said. "Since nobody knows what a Bigfoot is, there's no available DNA for it. But by testing this DNA, by process of elimination we can find out if it was a bear, gorilla, baboon or something else."
"If it's not any of those, and you've eliminated all the possibilities, and it's not human, then what's left?"
Burrow chimed in after Gonzalez with his more scientific approach. "I would like to just find out, because it's got my interest piqued," he said. "I believe Bigfoot exists, but I don't believe it has mystical powers like many people say it does. I think it's just an unknown species that hasn't been discovered or hasn't fully evolved."
I listened to the press conference and have looked at the video and pictures. I am very skeptical of the evidence this time. The smears on the windows, to me, look like a bear paw print. Gonzalez was quick to rule out the possibility of a bear though. In the conference he stated that there was food left in the bed of the truck that went untouched by the bear. If it had been a bear, it would have tore the whole campsite up, not just looked in the window the truck.
Even with that explanation, I am still not convinced. I believe there may have been an ulterior motive behind the press conference. Looking through Sanger Paranormal Society's site, there is a 'secret' link in the opening picture. This leads to a set of web pages describing a television show that Sanger Paranormal Society is promoting as the first ever 'Paranormal Smackdown'. This may have been a just to get the Sanger Paranormal Society and Jeffrey Gonzalez name out there in the media more, which worked, if that is the case. I'll let you decide....
